General Dentistry

Our practice provides virtually all of the general dentistry services a state-of-the-art group dental practice can offer. Our three doctors have received advanced training that allows them to provide services other dentists in the area cannot. Dental Emergencies

Dental emergencies are never convenient, so we provide same day emergency care! If you have a true dental emergency, call 419-352-2569 immediately. If your call is after normal business hours, you will be given instructions on how to reach our doctor “on call.” Unlike most other practices, one of our doctors is practically always available.

Sedation Dentistry

Dental fear and anxiety are the most common reasons for people to delay dental treatment. Though the current dental and medical technologies allow dentistry to be performed comfortably, the environment in a dental office may not be appealing to everyone. We provide a variety of sedation agents including IV sedation or “sleep dentistry”, oral sedatives, and nitrous oxide “laughing gas” for our apprehensive patients. We also offer streaming music and noise cancelling headphones to help our patients tune out the noise and relax.

Dental Implants

Dental implants are the most technologically advanced option to replace missing teeth that is offered in modern dentistry. Implants have a long track record of success and they look and function most similar to natural teeth. Dental implants can also be used to anchor loose dentures when this is a problem. We have a 3D CBCT x-ray imaging machine (CT scan) which allows us to provide comprehensive treatment for implant dentistry from start to finish – all within our facility. Temporomandibular Disorder is fairly common in the population and symptoms include, but are not limited to:
● Clicking/popping/grating sound from either jaw joint
● Ringing or fullness in either ear
● Sore facial, chewing, or neck muscles
● Headaches of unknown origin
● Difficulty staying asleep at night
● Grinding or clenching of teeth during the day and/or at night time
We will evaluate your condition using a physical examination, radiographs and/or diagnostic models of your teeth.

Root Canals

Root canal treatment, also known as endodontic therapy, is a procedure that can often save a painful or infected tooth from being extracted. Performed under local anesthetic, sometimes with sedation, it eliminates the pain and infection from most teeth. It is often an excellent alternative to tooth extraction. We are able to treat most cases in our office in one appointment.

Oral Surgery

Our doctors have the training and expertise necessary to perform most oral surgeries, including extractions, wisdom teeth removal, dental implant placement, and more. We are also trained in sedation dentistry, providing patients with a wide range of options to help make complex dental procedures and oral surgery more comfortable. During any surgery, we carefully monitor the patient and use state-of-the-art technology to minimize discomfort and downtime while improving effectiveness.

Routine Cleanings & Preventive Care

We recommend patients receive a routine cleaning at least every six months, or more frequently if they have periodontal disease or other dental health issues. During your cleaning, we will remove plaque and tartar and polish the teeth for a brighter, healthier smile. We will also examine the smile for any signs of decay, gum disease, oral cancer, or other problems. We may need to take x-rays or other imaging to help us detect if any issues exist that cannot be seen during a visual exam. During the appointment, our team will provide you with instructions as to how you can improve your at-home dental care so you can play an active role in achieving and maintaining a healthy smile!

Invisalign

We offer orthodontics through clear aligner therapy to straighten and correct your bite. Using our i-Tero 3D scanner, we can analyze and plan your treatment in the same appointment. Orthodontics can give you the beautiful smile you have always wanted, as well as improve your overall oral health.

Infant Tongue-Tie Release

Tightness in the tongue and lip attachments (tongue-tie, lip-tie) can impact an infant’s development and ability to nurse or feed. Our team has experience and training in evaluating tongue and lip issues in children as young as newborns. Treatment is completed using specialized lasers.
